Fédération Suisse des Confréries Bachiques et Gastronomiques

Founded in 1970 in Neuchâtel, the FSCBG promotes Swiss gastronomy and wine. It encourages collaboration among guilds and is a member of the F.I.C.B. (International Federation of Wine Guilds).

Our aims

The FSCBG aims to bring together Swiss Guilds and associations dedicated to gastronomy and wine, especially regional wines, in a spirit of friendship. It defends viticulture and wine, promotes the bacchic and gastronomic spirit, fosters the exchange of experiences among members, organizes events that highlight regional wines paired with local cuisine, encourages innovation in these fields, and takes an interest in national and international issues related to wine, vineyards, and gastronomy.

Membership

Any Swiss Organisation in wine or gastronomy, organized with statutes corresponding to those of the FSCBG and the Swiss Civil Code can become a member of the FSCBG.
