Our aims
- Bring together all Swiss Guilds or Associations celebrating food and wine, especially regional ones, in a spirit of friendship.
- Defend the cause of the vineyard and wine by promoting the passion for gastronomy and wine.
- Promote the exchange of experiences between Guilds and coordinate their specific activities.
- Organize regular events to highlight regional wines accompanied by local cuisine.
- Encourage innovation in the field of gastronomy and wine.
- Take an interest in regional, national, and international initiatives related to wine, vineyards, and gastronomy.
Les MANIFESTATIONS de la fscbg
Chapters, ressats, meetings, cooking competitions, harvest festivals, presentations and tastings of regional wines, participation in specialized fairs (Goûts et Terroirs, Arvinis, Divinum, Expovina etc.). Participation in world congresses and other events organized abroad.
